I played a crucial role in the development of a 3D video mapping projection in Xi’an, drawing inspiration from the classic Chinese novel ‘Journey to the West.’ Our primary canvas for this endeavor was the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, a revered site in the city.

‘Journey to the West,’ a prominent work in Chinese literature, recounts the journey of a Buddhist monk to India and his subsequent return to China, where he introduced Buddhism.

To execute this project, I traveled to Beijing, where we conducted a film shoot in an expansive 80-meter-wide chromakey studio. The footage we captured during this session formed the foundation for a compelling twenty-minute animated narrative.
